HELP...sponsorship question? Hey y'all, if you opened this, thanks. I am a senior in mechanical engineering at Virginia Tech and am on a senior design team where we are building an off-road racing vehicle which we really really really want to rip out the 2.0L Ford ecoboost that last years team had in it and swap in an LS! 
However, we are pretty short on funds and searching hard for sponsorship. My question for you is who are good people to contact or anyone who knows something about this how can we go about it? We have blindly emailed/called lots of names but not having success. Also, does anyone know how/where we could acquire a very low mileage (or crate) engine for free/cheap? Yes, I know nothing is free and if you're tempted for a mommy and daddy joke please refrain. We are a bunch of good 'ole boys trying to go fast and practice our engineering education.
