Default Castrol 0-30 NOT! German Castrol!?

WTF? I looked on the back of this bottle (on the right) and it said "not for distribution outside of North America". Never seen another qt of oil like it. (on the left is real GC).

Yeah all the ones I've seen at stores that ain't the European Forumla they all say not for sale outside of America.

hahaah, saaaat oyyil isssaaa nooo good!!(in italian voice!). I can only find the made in germany stuff, but makes you wonder WHY its not for sale outside of NA

GC is really hard to find these days, I have had luck the last couple of times.

It looks like WS6store stocks it by the 6-quart case but it's $40 + shipping... **** that's a lot of money. I really want to change to this next time but that's too rich for my blood.

there is a such thing as castrol syntec 0W-30 made in america. it seems to be actually harder to find than the made in germany variety, but it's out there. it's absolutely imperative that you check EACH INDIVIDUAL BOTTLE when you buy GC 0W-30 for the "made in germany" mark as there is similar stuff made here.
