Default Drivable with Bad Knock Sensor

My 99 Trans am pulled up a P0327 Code this weekend. So I ordered all the stuff this weekend to replace both of the sensors. I have to take about a 300 mile trip this weekend and probably won't have time to change them before I leave. Will I do any damage to the engine if I drive it with the bad knock sensor? Thanks.

^ dosent really effect much. ls1's have a problem with thoes getting rusty so they go out. If u run under 93 octane it will also send the code for a bad nocksensor.
