Default no fuel pressure

my o1 z 28 died on me in my driveway today. ran for about 30 seconds and quit. saw the fuel gauge was burrid in the red , unusual beacause i had put gas in it before i parked it. so i put 2 gallons in it and still nothing when i turn the key to thr on position i dont hear the pump power up the system and have no pressure at the shrader valve on the rail . is there a relay for the pump and where is it located .car has 47,000 miles . im assuming that the pump and the gauge sender have the same power source hence the low fuel

Try the underhood fuse panels. If it's not the fuel pump, you might get lucky and have it be a severely clogged fuel filter.

he should still here the pump turn on with the key, clogged filter or not. check the relay, but if you hear nothing its probably the pump

I will put my vote in for the pump! Mine took a **** after I came back from the store. If you want to see an easy way to change it shoot me a pm and I'll send you some pics. Also if its not a daily driver I know where to get a pump pretty cheap.
