Issues w/ the 98 F-bodies I hear a lot about problems w/ the 98 F-bodies. What problems exist w/ these cars? I am aware of the problems w/ rod bolts. I know the PCM/Controller is different from later models (don't know implications w/ tuning).

This topic has been beat to death. There is nothing "wrong" with the '98s, and they don't have "problems". There are some differences from model year to model year, both advantages and disadvantages. Check out the info in this link for the differences between the years, and try a search if you want to read numerous threads on this topic.
