What vehicle has a 5" intake bellows?

What vehicle has a 5" intake bellows? Here at work, a coworker is asking me about a 5inch piece of hose for an intake, basically looks just like our intake bellows, but bigger. Anybody know of a vehicle that might have a similar bellows to ours(ours 3.5"), but a 5" diameter?

Yeah, I was thnking off of a turbo deisel, something "off-the-shelf" like mine but bigger. It's going on a specialty firetruck with an inline six turbo-diesel. Sounds like a large intake if my ls1 only has a 3.5"...oh well not my problem, I'm working on the frame and sheet-metal, just trying to help my buddy that's working on the motor who doens't know about motors...go figure.
