Default Tail lights not working!

The tail lights on my car just stopped working all of a sudden. As in not working I mean that the lights are on when I have my headlights on and stuff or when I lock the car but not when I press the brake. I thought that maybe it was the second filament on the bulb that was bad but the flashers and blinkers work. My third brake light also works like it should. Has anyone ever had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?

I just started experiencing this same problem as of this week. The parking lights and blinkers work fine, but no brake lights except for the 3rd brake light built into the spoiler.

Any solution or ideas of what this could be?
