Help on price?? Im building a 408 for my 99 SS. Im pulling the 5.7 out, and the only things im reusing are the lifters, valve covers, various sensors, oil pump and pan, and pulleys. Car is pretty much stock, other than a comp 265 cam, and 918 springs and ported throttle body, 50,000 miles on engine. There is a guy who lives nearby whos interseted in buying the long block minus what i need. Can anyone help me on a price to give him. I dont want to lose my ***, but i dont want to rip anyone off either. Thanks for the help.
