Default Mass air flow sensor?

I'm looking for input on this, what was your experience with it if you have one? Difference in hp, was it worth the price. etc.

I could pick up one for around $150 would you guys say its worth it?

I think it would be a waste of money.

Aftermarket MAFs will through off any custom tune. Unless you plan on keeping the car pretty much stock it is a waste of money. Once you get into bigger mods the aftermarket MAFs will cause trouble and tunning issues. The only one worth getting is an untuned 85mm Z06 MAF. Then you can take and have it tuned for your car.
