DAMN looks bout right other than the no brand turbo....... i mean i see it being legite, theres no oil lines no fuel stuff. just hot and cold sides and cheap turbo that might run fine , or might not last.

Wow! For that price I'd buy it, resell the turbo to someone and buy a garret. Something about a no name turbo scares me a bit. Somebody buy this damn thing and see how it goes!

I think there has been a thread or two on these. I don't think the fitment is that good and those turbos are horrible from what I have heard, unless I am thinking of something else.

You must suck at using search. This was on the first page of the forced induction section:

What about buying the kit, selling the turbo to some ricer, and buying a GOOD turbo, like a garret, or turbonetics, or such? Then buying injectors, fuel pump, oil lines, clamps and all that. Or would it just be cheaper to buy a higher quality kit?

I've actually owned a real PTK kit. They look nice and perform well but they are a major pain in the ***. I actually didn't like the layout of how either the driver side or the passenger side re routes around the back of the engine and then hooks into the other side. I decided to sell it before even installing it. My buddy that i sold it to installed it and kept messing with it on a daily basis trying to tweak things and stop burning spark plug wires. He got sick of the rattles and scraping on minor things so he sold the kit and went back n/a. From what i've heard these kit's are of equal quality as the PTK kit and it's an exact replica. If you do happen to buy one DO NOT run that turbo that comes with it. They have been known to fail at any given moment. Other then that, don't forget that there is a LOT of things you don't think of when going to forced induction. Overall not a bad kit to start with though!
