Default SES light help!

I just installed my LT's, ORY, and a Loudmouth. The problem is that now my SES light is flashing. I will drive for a little while and it will just stay on then it will start flashing again then it will stop. I haven't had it tuned yet, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it or not. Any and all help is appreciated, Thanks.

did u get rid or the air ? if so that will make your SES light come on. also 02's? did u put good ones in? the only thing from a header install that can make the light come on is AIR related, 02's, and no cats.

Actually, lots of things involving a header install could cause it...cracked spark plugs? maybe he didn't get 2 clicks on the coil and 1 on the plug?

Flashing could be a misfire caused by that??

I put new spark plugs in when I did the install. I haven't taken out the AIR yet, I will check all of the spark plug wires tomorrow. I took the front O2's out of my other exhaust and extended them to reach the new bung locations. Is there any way I can get the light to stop flashing because of the AIR? Will the light just go off once uninstalled? Thanks for all of the advice so far. Any other possibilities?
