Gauge Cluster interchange?

Are the gauge clusters in all the 99-02 z28's, ws6, camaros, formulas etc, all the same part number?

subtle differences, like the bulb color for your lighting; font/text style...as far as the bolt-up factor...it's all plug-n-play!!

Is the mileage recorded on the cluster? all signs point to yes so far, the problem is the replacement cluster im looking at has 20k miles more then my broken cluster :-(
