Default How much to installl tailpipes - custom exhaust guys inside

I have a single in/out two chamber flowmaster in place of the stock muffler dumped with a turndown. Does anyone know what a reasonable estimate would be to fab up some tailpipes for this muffler? I'm supplying the tips myself but all the damn exhaust shop people i have spoken to either think I'm retarded and will say it can't be done (single in/out muffler = no dual tailpipes) or they will quote some ridiculously high amount. I've seen plenty of custom exhaust done on f-bodies to know there is more than enough room to make pipes and elbows fit.

I'm in Northeast Arkansas. I need 2.5" tailpipes flared at the end to fit the 3" muffler outlet.
