headlight motor well.... my headlight motor was making noise when it went down so i changed it and then it was working fine for a few hours. Now it makes noise on the up and down, whats wrong with it?

also i happened to lose the special little bolt that hold the headlight assembly together and napa doesnt carry it what can i do? i use a plastic screw thing and its working now but where do i get another one? thx
