Default Hatch struts

So i went to replace my hatch struts tonight thought I got the torx bolt out ok on the drivers side but it stripped the threading in the hole very upsetting. passenger side went ok but now its only got one support on it.

Any ideas other than taking it to a shop? do you think they'd even be able to rethread that part?

You can probably do it yourself with a Helicoil. Most autoparts places sell them or a competing product.
