Which grease for poly bushings?

I read you're supposed to use a certain kind, but I can't remember which kind. Links would be appreciated, thanks.

Most ppl would recommend any kind of marine grease bc it is water resistant

And thats the stuff I have now. I'll grease it up tomorrow and see how it goes. Maybe my "squeak" when its rainy out will go away?
