Default Left turn problem

Hey guys, I have a weird problem. I have a 2000 Z28 A4, and every time I turn the left at all, I get a sound like air escaping. It comes from both sides of the front of the car, and you can here it from inside. I had my wife stand on either side to see if it was louder on one side, and it sounds the same, with the same volume on each side. Does anyone know what that could be?

Sounds like a power steering dying ever so slowly.
