Default pcv question

I changed the entire pcv hose system and now my tranny is shifting extremely hard what could this be? It didn't do it before. I have no leaks and I put it on twice to make sure that nothing was disconnected. I really need help.

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak.

How exactly did you change the PCV system??

I only changed the hose portion of the system. On the rightside (when facing car) where the main hose connects there this plastic like connection, it looks like a valve. But it is hollow, I thought it would have a diaphram or something inside. Also ,I wanted to know if there is a site where I can see a LS1 in detail. They have one for the LT1.

I honestly don't know what you're referring to though, so I can't correct you
