Bright lights dont work

Default Bright lights dont work
bright lights do not work, the light on the dash to represent the brights does not even illuminate. Turn signals work and the regular lights work.

I checked all fuses. All are fine.

What should I check now?

does your unit still click on and off as if you were to use your brights?

Does the switch still "click"? If so, there should be a relay under the hood. It may have gone bad.

yes, it still makes that "clicking" noise

where is the relay?

any other ideas?
