Default car barely starts then revs up

So lately every once in a while the ls1 barely wants to start up then when it finally does it revs straight to like 2,000rpm then slowly falls back down to idle. Any suggestions on what to look for??? No codes have been thrown and I have recently added a SSRA and ported TB.

Thanks in advance guys

Hard Starts can be due to bad plugs/wires at the very least and a weak battery.
How is the idle when its warmed up and how is the ride at cruise,WOT?

plugs and wires are good. Just changed them when I did long tubes last fall. I think it may be the tps sensor? It doesn't do it on cold starts it has been only after it's warm and started a few times.

You don't happen to know what your fuel pressure is at the rail on startup, do you?
