Is the SES light on?
How many miles are on your car?
You may need new plugs, fuel filter.... TUNE UP.

MAF is what runs things when you make a cold start....clean the MAF with MAF cleaner. Also, lift your lid and spray the hell out of the IAT sensor thats in the inside of the lid with the MAF cleaner.

Other things that cause rough cold starts can be easy stuff like spark plugs, wires. To very bad things like leaking valve seals in the heads that crud up the spark plugs each time you shut the engine off. Then when you go to start it up, that crud has to burn off the plugs before it runs smooth again.

Mine was caused by a bad fuel pressure regulator.
