Wipers and Headlights

Wipers and Headlights ok when i turn on my headlights my wipers go on delay by themselves and i hear a weird electrical noise coming from the dash, wtf is going on? only happens to me when the headlights are on, as soon as i shut them off it goes away, i have an aftermarket wiper motor in there.
