Any one ever had this. I put in a new power window motor and the thing goes up when you push down switch and up when you push down

It is not rocket science you can not plug the motor in backwards did I get a bad unit from my parts store?

yep wired backwards......pull the plug and swap the two wires or replace the motor.

BTW - Your motor is most likely re-man and not new.
