Casenick

I have started to notice that when I brake lightly and at low speeds(only because I can hear it) I hear what seems to be brake shudder. I don't notice any pedal vibration or steering wheel jitter, could it be a warped rotor?

Also, I noticed that while driving there is a constant light vibration, it goes away whenever I turn the steering wheel to the right about five degrees, what could be causing this?
