Question Revs up when fired up?

The other day i had a yank SS3600 put in and a few days later i noticed that my car revs up to 1100-1300 rpm's when turned on and slowly comes down to normal to 750 or so. Also when driving at slow speeds and i let off the gas the car sometimes doesnt slow down, it actually speeds up little by little.. What do you guys think might be going on? I also noticed my belt wiggling a bit but the pulleys look solid so i know its time for a new belt but i was told this was most likely not the problem.

BTW its a 99 TA with 125,XXX miles with only bolt ons.

I'd look for a smallish vacuum leak.
