Noise coming from here

Noise coming from here ive noticed for a while that there is some noise coming from the crank pulley, nothing major but its really noticeable. what could cause it? ill try to get a video or sound clip of it, cant really describe the sound, kinda sounds like it needs to be lubed up or something.
