driver side mirror vandalized

somebody at my work hit on my driver side mirror. the mirror piece and mirror itself is ok but the metal piece inside which holds the whole assembly is broken. can i get the metal piece from somewhere ? any opinions ? car is 02 ws6.

damn, mine is broken from the top of the metal piece only. let me know if you find a place to buy it.
