Car thinks key is in ignition when it’s really out Sometimes when I turn the car off, take the key out and go to lock the door, the car will go “ding, ding, ding” as if the key is still in the ignition when it’s really not. I have to wiggle the ignition a few times and then the door will lock. What part inside the steering column is actually broken that I need to replace?
