quick ? about a pulley i need to know the name of the black dome shaped pulley underneath the mass air.....mine is frozen, not spinning...already broke my belt..i replaced the belt then noticed when the car was started that the pulley wasnt spinning...thanks for the help

thats the water pump pulley.. sounds like the pump froze up. make sure a bolt head or something isnt jamed behind it keeping it from turning. but you may need another pump.
