Voltage problem with my 98 SS so i fixed the O2 problem and now when i start the car the voltometer goes to 12-13, but when i am driving it will go to from 12-9 and sometimes go back up and then stay at 12 then drop back... now sometimes it when i accelerate when its at 9 it will sputter then accelerate. I replaced the engine ground strap by the alternator last week and was thinking it might be another. How many ground straps are there? and where are thry?
