None of those aftermarket parts have any effect on what you would need for a "tune up". Same stuff applies as for a stock car (filters, fluids, plugs, etc.)

Here is what I did:
New plugs
New plug wires
New fuel filter
New air filter
Cleaned MAF
oil change
I also installed new 02 sensors, if your car has high mileage and they have not been changed I would recommened changing those also ( car had 112k miles and was still on the stockers and needed extensions anyways, so I just changed those out aswell)

My gas mileage has decreased quite a bit over the years. I am doing the tune ups in phases. I just changed out my plugs and wires a couple weeks ago. Going to change the fuel filter and then move on to fluid changes. Are the O2 sensors expensive and which ones did you change? All or did you disregard the ones in the exhaust area (the ones that see if the CAT is working right)?

Their the best 02 sensors made. GM uses them for their own sensors now. But if you go get them at the dealer you'll pay upwards of $180 each and they will come in an AC Delco box.
You can also get them at Amazon.com.
