Default Location of wiper switch

OK - I've replaced the wiper motor and wiper control module on my 1999 Camaro and the wipers will not turn off.

I assume this is a faulty wiper switch.

Question: Is the wiper switch located on the steering column, under the dash, or some where else?

Thx....

I cant remember off hand if the plastic pieces around the column come off or not but if they do you should be able to replace the switch by removing them.
