Default Need help asap, sticky throttle/ rpm guage

Hi i have a 1994 camaro z28 6-speed only modifications are magnaflow exhaust, it has 101,800miles and i have owned it since 99,000miles. I drive the car only on weekends when home from college and i noticed today at low-mid rpm's it would not accelerate responsively, kinda start bumping/jouncing and vibrating as if running lean, and the rpm guage would stick until i let off the gas and pushed it down harder then it would go back to responding fine in every way. could this be caused by shitty gas, needs an oil change, or something simple? thank you Very Very much.

whens the last time the plugs were changed? def sounds like a fuel issue. Could possibly be a bad batch of gas. Try running some Lucas injector cleaner also.
