Default chunk in oil

I changed my oil yesterday, and found a small chunk of metal stuck to my drain bolt. It was flat and about the size of this letter o . I don't know how to describe size any other way, and i do not have any pics of the piece. My car is a cammed 110k mile ls1. any ideas of what it could be, and where it could have come from?

100% normal as long as there was no large chunks stuck to the magnet.
