Default belt tensioner pulley

mine sounds like it has a bad bearing. it squeaks like crazy. should i just get the replacement at an auto parts store, or is there an aftermarket upgrade? thanks for the help in advance!

this and the idler pulley are notoriuos for this, try a search on here, im possitive there is a way to pull the puley apart and repack with some good hi temp grease

Goodyear makes a replacement pulley. Should cost $10-20.

like SSdreamz said there is a thread about how to do that somewhere on here.

and also Katech makes a great tensioner, but it aint cheap.

i replace the whole tensioner........comes with a new pulley.....a dayco unit.....makes the stocker look like dog poop
