I replaced the pinion seal on my Z about 2000 miles ago, and it is leaking again. There was very little wear on the shaft surface where the seal rides, and I lightly sanded it with 1000 grit wet sand paper to make sure there were no burrs. New seal was from Autozone and the install was really easy.

Anyone have similar experience with recurring leaks? Suggestions?
