Default did I jack my oil pressure sensor....

I've been doing a lot of work on the car and test drove it twice with no problem except it shakes really bad (poly motor mounts and trans mount). I just noticed today with the key out of the ignition that the oil pressure needle sits at 20psi. I've never seen that before. My daughter was sleeping so I didnt want to wake her but with power applied (key turned) it goes back to zero. I guess I will report back what I find after I start it tomorrow but what could cause it to sit at 20 with power off??

That is normal. If you press the trunk release you will see the gauge will go down each time. There has to be an electrical current for the gauge to move.
