Best Sealant for cooling system housing. Hello everyone. I am installing an Autometer temperature 1/8'"sending probe and low temp. T-stat into a custom T-stat housing in a hemi ram truck.
My question is what is the best sealant to use to prevent leaks. I picked up a permatex brand call the the Right Stuff which claims fast curing and superior resistance to coolant. Any one use this or have experice with other sealants.
