Truck Alternator What year chevy truck alternators will work on a 2002 Camaro? And what if anything needs to be modified on the truck alternator for it to fit?
I'm having issues with mine and have heard that the truck alternators are a good alternative. Can anyone confirm this?

Don't know anything about them. But my PepBoys alternator is going over 5 years and its perfect...with a 1,000 watt amp thumping a 12" woofer at night with the lights on and A/C blasting.
LIFETIME warranty. I'll never pay for another alternator again. 15 minutes swap them out.
