Default Dome light problem

I've searched and have not found anything similar to this problem.

No dome lights or map lights. Each socket at the light is getting 9.3 volts.

The fuse is receiving 9.3 volts as well.

I'm not sure where to go hear.

As far as I can tell, all the lights/ wiring in the cabin are fine.

What can I check or look for on the other side of the fuse block?

Thanks in advance.

is that the voltage with the lights off?
That is low either way.
Does it drop to near 0 when the dome is on?

This is with the switch on or the manual switch on.

0 when switches are off

Is it the same when the car is running vs. shut down? Do you have any LED or funky lights installed anywhere?

No after market lights, there is about 2 miles of cable/wires from the PO's sound system though.

No change with the engine on or off.

Well they are working now!

My door had some stress cracks near the hinges to I found a good matching color door to replace it with. At some point during the install the lights came on. Not really sure what did it. Maybe the switch by the door latch?

BTW if you ever have to replace a door and swap components (window/ regulator/ harness/ tumbler) do yourself a favor and grab a sixer first!. Whew!
