Default coolant smell

Ok I've been noticeing a coolant smell comeing from under the hood not really that strong. I don't smell anything out of the exhaust pipes in the back or any smoke Nothing leaking from the engine That I can tell Nothing on the ground. The coolant was low last week I toped it off and Its Still full all the gauges read normal and drives fine. Just did an oil change everthing normal, the over flow tank dip stick had alittle sludge on it last week cleaned it still clean any ideas?

You need to TRY a new radiator cap. Spring tension wears out and coolant pisses out as steam into the entire engine bay. Then do an engine clean....because there's a film of coolant on everything in the engine bay.
