Default Headlight issue

I just pulled out my engine and put it back in. Now my right headlight is bright like normal but my drivers side headlights is dim and flashes when I hit my turn signal. It also flashes slower then the right side. Any ideas on what's wrong?

You have a bad ground on one of your harnesses. It will cause the bright on one side and dim on the other issue you describe. Mess around with your harnesses a bit. Do it at night if you can, because your high beams are likely on also, but you won't be able to see them in the day. As far as one side flashing faster than the other I don't know what to tell you on that issue. Flasher maybe?

I know there's a broken ground strap the one that's by the alternator but I have no idea where it goes to, it runs inside the harness. And the inside of my high beam bulbs are glowing orange.
