Default 2002 Firebird Winshield fluid

Hi

I recently noticed that when i try to use my windshield washer fluid, it just trickles out of the drivers side nozzle and none comes out of the passenger side nozzle.

The pump is working because i could here turn on.

Any ideas on where the leak and/or clog might be in the system

Thanks!

Have someone pump it while you watch and try to spot where it is leaking from

Pull your rubber hoses off on both ends and try to blow through it. If you cant then it is clogged. Do whatever you have to in order to clear the clog and put it back together. If it is not clogged then the pump may be getting weak. Even though you can hear it run, doesnt mean that it is putting out full pressure. Dont forget, there is a line going from the tank to a tee under the hood, where it splits to each windshield wiper. So check all the hoses. Hope this helps.

Sounds like a clog. To fix mine, I like to use a vacuum pump (like a Mighty Vac) and suck water backwards through the nozzle. Works every time.
