i have a 2000 camaro ss and the ac blows but not cold, last year i took it and they put free on in and that leak stuff to see if theres a leak but it blew cold so i never took it back but i only used it for about a week then it got cool so just stopped using the ac and took off the T-Tops but now its getting warm and i live in phoenix so you know how hot it gets here...so does anyone know what would be the problem?

freon leak......or......clutch going out......seems you need a better mechanic

Sounds like a refrigerant leak somewhere in the system. If you don't know how to diagnose that take it to someone that does. May also be the clutch on the compressor but I would bet on the leak since you already said it worked last summer and now it does not work again. The ac compressor clutch will not engage if there is low refrigerant in the system so keep that in mind when diagnosing the system so you don't think the compressor clutch is not working.
