Brand new door pin and roller, but roller isnt rolling. Any tips?
Installed a brand new door pin and roller while the door was off getting painted. About 3 months later it finally got painted and put on the car and the roller isn't rolling. This will cause it to wear a groove in it fast which is the whole reason I had to replace it all. It had a HUGE groove dug into it.
What should I do to get this thing rolling? Soak it in PB blaster? Drill a tiny hole in the roller itself and lube the inside that way? Any other tricks? Thanks.

Crap.. I just bought a spare hinge + roller and bushing to fix this, bad news .
Hopefully you figure it out, make sure you update the thread if/ when you do. Maybe just grease the crap out of it? I was planning on using the same grease you use for poly suspension, high pressure stuff.
