New buttons put in key fob; reprogrammed; not hatch button won't work Is this maybe a step I missed in the programming?
I bought new rubber for the buttons on my key fob BDC they were wore out. Put the new ones in and my key fob wouldn't work. Realized it had to be reset. So turn key on/off 3 times within 5 sec, door locks cycled, and held lock&unlock for 15 sec. Door locks work with it both ways, but hatch button does not. Panic button works.
Would this be the button not making contact or is there additional programming needed?
Car is the 99 ls1 in sig
