Default Head light motor problem

Ok my wifes 2002 trans am hood stopper broke and would not let her head light come up So she would pop the hood and turn it on . We got the new stoppers and now the headlight don't even try to come up now,,,do you think she burnt the motor up ...its not even trying to work but the other one works fine. Thanks for any in put !!

So when you say doesn't come up, does it make any sounds at all?

You might check for corrosion in the connector for the motor. If anyone unplugged it at some point and made contact with corrosion when plugged back in, then the whole unit may not get power.
