So my key is stuck in the run position and the only way to turn the car off is to stall it out and disconnect the battery. I have tried everything I can think of I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions. Car is a 2001 Camaro ss

OP, if you have access to tools i would pull the steering wheel off, and remove the necessary parts to access the ignition solenoid. Remove the solenoid and try to turn the key with it removed. If it still does not turn then replace it.
