Question Idle problem

Hi
I have a question about my LS6 i have in my 55 Chevy, when i should start to drive THE CAR DIES A LITTLE THEN TAKES A JUMP FORWARD, its hard to drive easy with this,so i wonder can i adjust the trottel and then set the idle in the computer?
I have a Computer from Arizona Speed & Marine.

Thanks a lot.
