Default Temperature Gauge on Car rising

So, I replaced my distributor, cap/rotor, thermostat, and water pump recently. Car wasn't running hot or anything like that prior to getting all of that replaced.

Now, the temperature goes up when I stop. But, drops back down immediately when I start moving. Also, the oil pressure drops to zero when I stop.

Anyone have experience with this issue?

did you bleed the system after you refilled the coolant per the bleed instructions for your car?

X2, air in the system. Oil pressure could be something else. Year, make, model?

Have you checked to see if the radiator fans run? Maybe something just happened to fail (fuse, short, etc.)
